We collect what you send us, and anonymous statistics about how this site is used. No cookies, no advertising trackers, nothing sold to anyone.
Who we are
Leira Content is operated by Leith Ajob and Raluca Agavriloaie, working as independent freelancers. Together we decide what happens to the information described on this page — in data-protection language, we are the controllers. No cookies, no trackers
This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or social-media trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
We do keep simple statistics, using software we wrote and host ourselves. It records which pages were opened, which sections were reached, which videos were played, whether the visit was on mobile or desktop, the screen width, the website you arrived from, and your browser's time zone and language — which tells us roughly which part of the world you are in, and nothing more precise than that. To count a returning visit within the same day without identifying anyone, your IP address and browser description are combined with a secret value and the date, then irreversibly scrambled into a short code that changes every day and cannot be turned back into you. Your IP address itself is never stored.
When you contact us
If you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, your brand or company, your email address, the link you give us, which service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message. We use it to answer you and to prepare a quote — the legal basis is that you asked us to take these steps before entering a contract.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your message and the phone number you send it from. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta and handles that conversation under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
If we contacted you first
We sometimes approach businesses whose products we think we could help sell, using contact details published for that purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering relevant services to a business. If you would rather not hear from us, reply and say so — we will delete your details and not contact you again.
Who else can see it
Our email runs on Google Workspace and our website is hosted by Inleed in Sweden; both process data on our behalf. WhatsApp conversations sit with Meta. Beyond that, nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising, and we never publish anything about a client without asking first.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: while we are in conversation, and up to 24 months afterwards in case you come back.
- Statistics: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for as long as the work and any accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to raluca@leiracontent.com and we will answer within a month. If you are in the EU or UK and think we have handled your information badly, you can also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS. Statistics are written to a folder that is not reachable from the web, and only the two of us have access to enquiries and client material.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we update this page and the date at the top.
