Plain terms for using this site, and a summary of how we work with the people who hire us.

The showcases are fictional
Several things on this site were invented to demonstrate what we can build. LEIRA ESTATE, SOLANE 38 and STACKED are not real businesses: no property is for sale, no product can be bought, no table can be booked, and no order placed on those pages will ever arrive. The product in our own opening film does not exist either. Every one of those pages says so on the page itself.
Prices on this site
The prices shown are indicative starting points to help you plan. They are not an offer and not a binding quote. The price for your project is the one we confirm to you in writing before any work begins.
How we work with clients
Full terms accompany every quote. In summary:
- We show you a sample first. Production continues only after you approve the direction.
- Turnaround is counted from your approval of that sample, and assumes we have the materials we asked for.
- One round of revisions is included with every piece. Further changes are quoted separately.
- You own the finished content once the invoice is paid in full, for the uses agreed with you.
- We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and on our own channels, unless we agree otherwise in writing before we start.
- By sending us photographs or other material, you confirm you have the right to use them and to let us work from them.
- We may decline work that is unlawful, misleading, or that we consider harmful.
How the content is made
We build content from the photographs you send us, using a studio process that includes digital and AI tools. Nothing is automated from end to end: a person plans every piece, works on it, and checks it before it reaches you. If you ask us how a specific piece was made, we will tell you plainly.
Publishing is your decision. When you run our content, you are the advertiser. Advertising platforms have their own rules — including, on some platforms, a requirement to label media that was digitally created or edited. Meeting those rules is your responsibility, and we will always tell you exactly how something was produced so that you can.
What we promise, and what we don't
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, and we fix what we get wrong. We cannot promise commercial results: views, engagement, sales and ad performance depend on your product, your market and the platform, none of which we control.
Where something does go wrong, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the piece of work concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost sales or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The design, text, film and code of this site belong to us. Client work shown here belongs to the clients and appears with their permission. Please don't copy the site or present our work as yours.
